Who I Work With

We are living through what is widely referred to as The Great Wealth Transfer - the largest intergenerational transfer of wealth in history. Over the coming decades, Baby Boomers are expected to pass down an estimated $120 trillion to younger generations. This is not simply a financial shift; it represents a profound transition in the control and stewardship of global capital.

As this transfer unfolds, it is reshaping both the face of wealth and the profile of wealth holders. By 2040, Millennials and Gen Z are projected to represent the largest share of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), fundamentally influencing how wealth is invested, governed, and deployed. At the same time, inheritance is becoming increasingly common, with around 60% of households expected to either receive or pass on wealth - marking a structural shift in how wealth is accumulated and sustained across generations.

Alongside this generational shift, women are emerging as one of the most significant new holders of wealth globally. In the UK alone, women are expected to hold approximately 60% of total wealth by 2025, driven by inheritance, longevity, and increasing economic participation. Globally, women are projected to inherit up to 70% of the $120 trillion being transferred, placing them at the centre of this transformation. At the same time, women are building wealth in their own right, currently controlling an estimated $60 trillion in assets today. Female entrepreneurship continues to rise, with women accounting for a growing proportion of new businesses and, in some regions, the majority of self-made billionaires.

A third group is also reshaping the financial landscape: entrepreneurs and self-made wealth creators, particularly in technology, infrastructure, and emerging industries. Today’s billionaires are younger than in previous generations, with innovation-led sectors accelerating both wealth creation and influence. Increasingly, wealth is not only being generated differently, but also deployed differently - with a stronger emphasis on purpose, impact, and long-term value creation.

Taken together, these shifts are redefining both wealth itself and those who hold it. The future of wealth is becoming more diverse - shaped by differences in gender, generation, and pathways to wealth. Each group brings its own perspectives, behaviours, and approaches to the stewardship of capital.

Next Gen Wealth was created in direct response to this transformation.

Designed for rising wealth holders, the practice works with wealth inheritors, women with wealth, and individuals coming into wealth for the first time. It supports clients in navigating both the psychological and practical realities of wealth - particularly during periods of transition -helping them move from uncertainty to clarity, and from complexity to intentional stewardship.

Through our work together, I’ve gone on a journey to total money confidence - across both my personal and professional life. I’ve created real clarity around my financial goals and can now see a clear path to getting there.

Coaching the Next Generation of Wealth Holders

At its core, the work I do at Next Gen Wealth centres on guiding clients to develop a healthy relationship with money, so that they can not only preserve and grow their capital, but also deploy it in ways that are aligned with their values and create meaningful impact in society.

My personal belief is that wealth represents both opportunity and responsibility. Those who hold it have the potential to drive positive societal change—through building companies, supporting communities, shaping institutions, and influencing value systems.

My work is grounded in helping clients steward their wealth with clarity and intention - supporting not only their own long-term prosperity, but also that of their families, communities, and the broader systems they are part of.

She helps you reorient your life through the lens of money, offering support, guidance, and clear, actionable steps to achieve your goals. Shivani is an invaluable asset, especially to ambitious women. I highly recommend her coaching!
